    South Africa lies on the most southern edge of the African continent.     The country recognizes 11 official languages (English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Zhosa, Northern Sotho, Southern Sotho, Swazi, Tsonga, Tswana, Venda and Southern Ndebele.), thus making South Africa unique in the world.
