Beach brake at Kaiafa, Greece
Nice pause during our trip. The place was made up of only of 3 houses, a small railwaystation with a little restaurant, I guess you could call it this way, and a little aunties shop.
It's a longer time ago, when I was there, but the beach is still as nice nowadays, as far as i heard. You could camp everywhere there in the woods or at the beach. You normally meet a lot of other bagpackers there too, so it never gets boring, even without any bars or restaurants.
It's a good possibility to stop during a trip and enjoy the sea, and you'll surely always have fun!

Recommended Thessaloniki Guide
Thessaloniki was founded in 315 BC by King Cassander of Macedon, who named the city after his wife, a sister of Alexander the Great. In the Hellenistic period, the city grew and developed. By the time the Romans conquered Macedon, Thessaloniki was a flourishing city. The Romans recognized the commercial potential of the city and built an impressive port, as important as Kavala. Thessaloniki’s acropolis was also built by the Romans, to defend the city from Thracian raids. In... Read more »
