The one hour tour of the Waveland State Historic Site comprises so much information and interesting facts about the lives of plantation owners and their household in Kentucky that you feel you've been richer with more knowledge about the US' history.

If you're planning on visiting the site, do make an appointment in advance, because from January till March the place is not open on first-come-first-served basis.
