Shanghai's nightlife can be anything you want: classy, laid-back, fun or quirky, depending on where you go. In the case of Bar Rouge, what you get is pure glamor. The bar looks brand new and it is located on the 18th floor of a building on the famous Bund waterfront (so as you can imagine, the view is simply amazing). Other than that, you can drink some very creative and unusual cocktails at Bar Rouge, accompanied by some deliciously dainty bits of bar food.

Bar Rouge is a meeting place for Shanghai's young, beautiful and rather wealthy crowd, so don't expect your night out here to be very cheap. There's also a cover charge on weekends.
