I had some nice tuna tartar, followed by blood sausage on Apple, finished by beef cheeks sothered in Port wine for 48 hours.
At the Weisse Haus, you can enjoy some nice blends of cuisines from all over the world. I would categorize it as fusion food.
Also, go ask for pepper, they use this huge Peugeot pepper mill which is like 3 feet long, unreal. Anyhow, if you like great food, then go to this place, it's great.
