Located downtown, the El Paso Museum of Art is small gem of artworks from European, Mexican and Latin-American artists.

The best thing about the place is that it is free for the public, though there are some exhibits that might be charged. The collections, however, are all very nice, something to see in El Paso.

If you want to have a relaxed few hours in an artistic environment than the museum is just perfect!
