There aren't very menu dining places which feature true Russian cuisine, but there is one in Saint Paul, Moscow on the Hill. I've always liked to see various kinds of cuisines in the US, see how authentic their foods really are. At Moscow's we loved our choice of dishes. The veggies were fresh and tasty, the meat was cooked just as I asked, the whole meal was a delight.

You can also make a reservation in advance and they also have valet parking on you convenience. It definitely deserves a try.
