Baton Rouge Zoo

Baton Rouge Zoo is a very charming zoo established in 1970. Animals from Asia, Africa and American Continents have their home in the Baton Rouge Zoo. More than 1800 animals are showcased here including zebras, tigers, otters, parrots and elephants. Other attractions include a café, playground, gift shops and train rides.

Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center

The nature center offers great sightseeing. It is a mix of forest and swamplands situated on the 101-acre area. It also offers natural and wildlife exhibits.
