The similarity consists in the city having the air of a big metropolis with a prosperous and modern business and a revitalized downtown where the old buildings have regained their fame.

Not only the constructions have known a big boom, it is the revitalization of the waterside was also seen as a priority in shaping up the city.
People who haven’t been to Providence for quite some time will be pleasantly impressed by what the will see and the best thing about it is that this revival has not brought high prices and the living standard is quite good, so good that some consider it to be the best place to live in the east. Maybe one negative thing all this prosperity has brought is corruption at high levels probably because of the possibilities on sight tempted many.
