Nyiregyhaza Travel Guide, Hungary

Nyiregyhaza is the capital of Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg County and it is the seventh biggest city in the country. It is also one of the primary cities in Eastern Hungary. The city has the biggest fruit-growing grounds in the country and it is also rich in architectural structures. As a result, it is considered as an agricultural and industrial center in the region.

When coming from Budapest, motorists can take the M3 motorway that directly connects Nyiregyhaza to the country’s capital city. Tourists who are coming from Debrecen can traverse Route 34 while those who are coming from Polgar can take Route 36. Travelers can either take Route 37 or Route 38 when they come from the city of Miskolc.

The festival also presents different shows such as puppetry, theatre shows, visual arts exhibitions, film and literature. The city also organizes the Nyirseg Autumn and Fruits Festival every September when parades and concerts are presented.
