The best part of Belgrade nightlife is that they have a special focus on winter and summer clubs, so you have an idea how much effort they put on it. The ugly part is that to find the best you must know how to read cyrillic, everything in the city is in these Rusian kind of characters. Or you can take the Pub crawl and Sample many bars and discos.
