One of the best restaurants at the top is a fondue place.

Caracas is really a unique city to visit, but you must use your head to avoid some tourist pitfalls. One of the more recent scams is to attempt to get thirty dollars out of tourists coming into the airport as an entry tax into Venezuela. There is no tax and simply tell them no.
