The city of Hagerstown is part of Maryland, United States of America. It is situated in the northwestern region of Maryland. The city of Hagerstown is also the county seat for County of Washington. The city of Hagerstown is situated in the southern side of Mason - Dixon Line and on the northern side of Potomac River. The exact location of this city is between the Allegheny Mountains and the famous Blue Ridge. The city itself is part of Great Appalachian Valley which is nationally famous as Cumberland Valley although the locals call it as Hagerstown Valley. The famous cities like West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia are located in the proximity of this happening city.

The annual average temperature for the city of Hagerstown is around 11.5 degree Celsius. The annual average highest temperature for the city of Hagerstown is 17 degree Celsius while the average annual minimum temperature for the city of Hagerstown is around 6 degree Celsius. The city of Hagerstown receives very less rainfall but this does not mean that it is a dry city. Although the city receives around 40 inches of rainfall annually, yet it is quiet wet due to the cold climate of the city. Months between January and April are the ones when the city of Hagerstown receives snowfall although the month of April is just the passing month and receives the least amount of rainfall.
