There are several museums as well like the Wichita Sedgwick County Historical Museum, Museum of World Treasures and Great Plains Transportation Museum. To add, the Sedgwick County Zoo is another major tourist attraction. This zoo is considered as the largest one in the entire Kansas and the US as well. It houses over 2,500 animals belonging to more than 500 varied species.
