The city of Aguascalientes is situated around 500 kilometers from Mexico and stretches on 5500 square kilometers of land. Although the population of 1 million isn’t that huge for the city of Aguascalientes but most of the inhabitants are located in one special section of the city and hence that area has become highly dense.

More than half of the local population of Aguascalientes is of European descent (which mostly comprises Spanish Migrants plus some percentage of German, Greek, Russian, and French etc). Around 45 percent of the local population are the European - Amerindians, and rest 2 to 3 percent are Asians.
