São Paulo is a dazzling city. It is the largest city in South America. Sao Paulo is the capital of the Brazilian’s State São Paulo and it is the richest city in Brazil. Tornados and tropical cyclones are rare here. Because of its proximity to the ocean, the wind makes the city more humid and cool in the warm months.
