Udine, Italy
Reviews > Europe > Italy > Udine > Udine, Italy
Udine is a perfect example of an Italian city. It is very boisterous destination, with typical Italian architecture everywhere you go. It is close to the Slovenian border. Welcoming, pleasant and exciting, it is an ideal place to hang out with friends and even the locals. The prices differs but it's mostly reasonable. The weather itself is very appealing, and it is very close to the Adriatic Sea.
The town is not that big, but it's filled with life which is exuberant and strong. The Italian cuisine there is noteworthy. Resorts that are close to Udine are Bibione, Lignano Sabbiadoro, and Grado. The beaches are fine and preserved.

Still, the imposing castle and the two cathedrals handed down from those times fill the city with tourists and can never go unnoticed. The... Read more »
