Kano Nightlife, Nigeria

Nightlife in Kano has not been as booming as the other African cities. The Western influence in the city has been overpowered by the youth of the city. Several developments in both infrastructure and business are still on the process. However, this does not mean that nightlife in Kano is boring and uneventful. There are still some destinations one can head to for a night of clean and unadulterated fun. 

For a night of dancing and interesting music, le circle and mingles is the right destination for those who love to dance. However, there is also the motor club in Bompai where every month there is a live band and you can dance to both local and international music.

TDB bars and hangouts are also popular choices. They are home to good yet affordable food and drink much to the delight of both the locals and the international guests. To top it all, the safety of walking in the city streets at nights is assured by the roving police who are always on the wake to keep the peace and order of the whole city. 

Another admired destination at night in the city of Kano is a godvisit to Emir Road and Brigade areas in the city. They are home to the best restaurants and view for people to hang out during the night. Likewise, a spectacular view of the city lights and the city surroundings at night can only be found when atop the historic hills of Dalla. This just means that you can be new but still enjoy your night as much as in any other popular city all over the world. 

The rise of the city of Kano as the next frontier of Nigeria and the whole African continent is a near possibility. With the booming business and the government efforts to develop the city in terms of buildings roads and other infrastructure, we expect a number of welcome changes in the city on top of its historic nature. Therefore visiting the city now is an equally rewarding adventure as visiting it in the future. Kano is the place to be!
