York, which is a halfway point between London and Edinburgh, is one of Englands most famous historical town. It is a beautiful place with appealing architecture and rich heritage which makes the destination an ideal tourist attraction. The York Minster is the most prominent attraction of the town, being the towns Icon.

A pleasant location,it offers quite many activities besides visiting. I highly recommend the place as it can offer lots of things what makes the city even better. If you want to see a typical british town, head over York, especially if you want to learn about the nations background. It is vast and dynamic.
