Pretty odd to have Japanese cooking in Casablanca isn’t it? Well, not everyone wants to stick to the traditional way. In Café M Restaurant, located in the Hyatt Regency, you will be able to enjoy a wide variety of food. Usually local seasoning ingredients are used to prepare the dishes in here. The café even has its own private cellar, so you can try out some of the best wine. If you’re in Casablanca in summer, drop by and you can dine in the garden to view at its best.
