When you are in San Antonio, Texas, there are more than enough sights that you can go see. One of these is Alamo, which is considered the Shrine of Texas Liberty and hallowed ground. Alamo was a mission that was also the Battle of the Alamo site in 1836. There is no fee for admissions, however, they do appreciate donations. A gift shop located across the site provides the efforts of historic preservation with funds. The King William Historic Area is another sight that you should see.
