In Norway all the restaurants, bars and nightclubs are smoke free indoors and many of them have outdoor table also during summer. In winter there will be outdoor heaters and some protection for smokers from the cold weather in many places. People are usually seen on Karl Johans Gate and many other clubs, bars and restaurants in the central area.
