Short visit in Burnsville, MN, Minnesota

Burnsville is a nice little town near Minneapolis. I think it's a great place to live as a family, but not really a great place to visit, as there is not too much to see. There are some nice parks and good restaurants, but it's mostly about living a peaceful and comfortable family life.
It seemed to me a little like Pleasantville, if you remember that film. Lovely, but nothing special. But if you are looking for a placeto live with your kids, it is great.

Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway runs nearby the northern edge of the city and the Interstate 55 passes south of Naperville through Romeoville and Bolingbrook. Some of the major thoroughfares of the city include Diehl Road, Hobson Road, Bailey Road, Wehrli Road and Modaff Road. There are numerous others that have been generally named after ancient settlers and farming families in the area. The first railway link to Chicago came in 1864 and currently, there are three tracks in Naperville belonging to BNSF Railway. This railway runs through the northern end of the... Read more »
