There is so much to see and do in Prague Castle that you will have to give it at least one afternoon. But then, it's perfectly worth every second. The Castle is actually a whole town of wonderful sights: the Royal Palace, galleries, a convent, St. Vitus Cathedral, St, George Basilica and many other sights.

You will actually find all architectural styles from the 9th century on. It's a bit like a huge museum in itself. You can participate in various guided tours that include different amounts of sights.

You can also buy a ticket allowing you to see everything. Great thing the ticket is valid for 2 days, so you won't have to hurry. Just a tip: make sure you wear a pair of comfortable shoes!

Price:
Varies according to the tour you take or ticket you buy.

Opening Hours:
For the Castle:
1 April - 31 October: 5AM to midnight
1 November - 31 March: 6AM to 23PM

5.   At the northern part of the town comes a somewhat unkempt district with good clubs. More than that, there is the Letna that is centered on the Letenske Namesti with very cool bar scene. To get there, the Vltavska metro station is accessible and is found right at the border of the place. If not, travel along trams 14, 8, 5 or 3. Tram 26 roars north the bridges. Night trams 54, 53 and 51 gets [...]
