The Queen Mary was at one point the largest and fastest ship in the world. It was built in 1934 and since 1967 she is sitting in the Long Beach Harbor as a hotel and a museum. It's certainly interesting to visit. The ship has 12 decks, luxurious Art Deco furniture, and interesting crew cabins as a good contrast to the luxury that the passengers were able to enjoy. There is also a Russian submarine right next to the Queen Mary, but you'll need an extra ticket for that one. It's supposed to be one of the hottest catches from Cold War times.

Address:
1126 Queens Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90802, USA

Price:
Admissions are $ 23
guided tours $ 7 extra.

Opening Hours:

How to get there:
Take the 405 South and then take the 710 to Long Beach. You won\'t be able to miss the Queen Mary once you are at the harbor.
