The Buckingham Palace is one of the gems of London. Between May and the end of September the changing of the guards is made a big deal of, it is a big ceremony. It starts around half past eleven and it is a one hour program. There are loads of people watching it, the police is out to ensure the order of the ceremony. It is very exciting and has a very old fashioned, monarch taste. It is a typical british thing. Another thing to notice if you are visiting the Buckingham Palace is the flag. If the flag is raised that means that H.M. The Queen is at Buckingham Palace. If the flag is not raised that she is not there.
