Distance from city center: 2.5mi.
Yeah right... not much history in Las Vegas. But then if you are looking at Vegas history, the only place really is old town Las Vegas. It's not Rome or Paris, but it offers some old style casino feeling and it's a lot of fun. There is a cool light show at night, some topless bars, and of course Binion's Horseshoe.

Price:
Ranges from Casino to Casino. But generally visiting old town is free of charge.

Opening Hours:
Go at night, so you can see the light shows

How to get there:
Just ask the cab driver to take you to old town or to Fremont Str., If you are at one of the newer hotels on the new strip, don't bother to walk there, just take a cab.
