They say Paradise is lost. I think not, it is still there and is called Waikiki. This place is wonderful. You can do everything you can possibly imagine!

The nature is perfect, the beaches, the waves and the small island nearby, I loved it all and can't wait to go back. I also tries to learn surf, with little success - maybe next time. :)

There were a lot of tourists but everyone seems so happy and free that you wouldn't even care about a little crowd. Landscapes are perfect and there are a lot of very good restaurants and bars.

The only bad thing I saw was that there are so many homeless people wandering on parts of the beaches and around them, but it took nothing from the general splendor.

Waikiki, Honolulu, HI

Price:
It is a little expensive to stay and eat, but worth every cent you spend.

Honolulu History

The bombing of Pearl Harbor by Imperial Japan in 1941 is a must-mention episode in US’s history (as US entered the WWII only after this attack), but it did not affect Honolulu in particular. 1959 saw Hawaii become the 50th State of the USA and Honolulu became the capital of the newly named state. In the following years Honolulu developed much more than other Hawaiian cities and towns like [...]
