Sunset on the Beach is the kind of entertainment that should be offered in every city. It is fantastic, it's a free movie place on the beach.

Films are shown on weekends, on an about 10 meters (30 feet) screen and they are good movies anyone can watch, so it's also a great family event.

The project was initiated in 2001 by the then-mayor of the city and it's still running and very popular. There are chairs and also tables on the beach as well as a lot of food vendors so you get everything.

It was probably my favorite thing I did in Hawaii.

Address:
Queen's Surf, Waikiki Beach.

Price:
Movies are free, food prices are average.

Opening Hours:
Movies start at sunset, about 7PM on weekends.
