We wanted to experience a quieter side of the hectic Havana city so we took a ferry to the La Regla district just across the bay. It was a good idea that we brought with ourselves some sandwiches and drinks because there aren't any shops or bars in that place. But that couldn't bother us since we stepped into a world of peace and quiet. It was just great.

Most of the people here were black, some of them shy and others quite friendly. We visited the Church with the Black Madonna, had a quiet picnic and than returned to our hotel. It was a worthwhile trip!
