For a delicious breakfast or a salad, in Aurora you definitely have to go to Sam's No 3 bistro. They have such a wide variety of brunch specials and such a brightly colored menu that you seem to get lost while reading it. I've tried a few of them and they were all delicious.

They also have a location in the downtown area of Denver so if you're traveling through town, you might want to take a break and have something really tasty.
