If you can ride a horse, than a tour with the Horse Trekkin Alaska is something you shouldn't miss out on if you're residing in Anchorage or nearby. The time you spend roaming the surrounding forest and trails is just amazing. You can book for an hour or for a more longer tour, depending on your availability. There is also a camping tour option where you stay for the night.

Sometimes the horses are a bit nervous, so be sure to know how to handle and ride one, because they can feel if you're anxious.
