Dress code is relaxed, but the extreme is not welcome. The club is located on 317 N Superior St. Toledo.
Murphy’s Place is where the live jazz sound is. Catch Ramona Collins, Toledo’s diva sing the blues and the regular mainstays powerhouse bassist Clifford Murphy and his cool partner Claude Black. Other power divas are Glenda MacFarlin and Kim Buehler. Saxophonists of top caliber, Steve Wood and Buddy Sullivan, give Toledo jazz the cool sound. The jazz joint is housed in a restored historic building downtown Toledo along 151 Water Street.
Hang out in Bier Stube for the 80s and 90s live beat. The college crowd beat the path to Struber for a bit of nostalgia. You can’t miss the place on 5333 Monroe Street. Love tacos? Get there on Tuesday nights where the best tacos are served up to go with your beer.
