Pasadena Nightlife, California

Nightlife to enjoy in Pasadena, CA US

With its ideal weather and its closeness to Los Angeles, Pasadena has a world class nightlife scene ranging from swanky nightclubs to top-notch restaurants. There are lots of activities to do in Pasadena, once the sun sets in the city.

Twin Palms is one of the favorite local destinations. It is a nice place to have dinner and later in the night, it also features live music along with a vibrant crowd ready to dance and mingle. Everything from reggae and electro to jazz beats can be enjoyed at the Twin Palms and the music played depends upon the particular day of the week.

Another favorite night spot for dancing lovers is The Muse on the Colorado Boulevard. This is a three storey night club which has a sexy décor, trendy crowd, billiards facilities and DJs.

If you are interested in enjoying your evening in a more relaxed manner, then you can try out the Magnolia on South Lake Drive. Its chill out music and subdued lighting provide a night of relaxation and watching hip people. The Wine Bistro of Madeline and the Bodega Wine Bar have some of the most fabulous wine lists and the best part is that they are open late in the night.

Visit the Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant located on the Hugus Aly if you want to have a cold beer treat. The Vertical Wine Bistro located on Raymond Avenue offers more than 400 types of wines for the sipper’s delight.

Colorado Bar is a serious diving bar located in the middle of the Old Town. Other features offered in this bar include classic jukebox, pool, red wallpaper and cheap drinks. Lounge at Bar Celona, located in the Colorado Blvd., is a new Spanish lounge giving a chain-restaurant feeling to the visitors. A lively crowd of locales in their 30s visit this bar often and at night, the DJs spin contemporary beats and flamenco for the visitors’ delight.

Although Gordon Biersch offers dinner, the major attraction of this national chain is drum roll. The menu of Gordon Biersch also features margaritas, wines, pint and martinis.

Lucky Baldwins located in the Raymond Avenue is a Brit pub most popular among the ex-pats, Anglophiles and people who appreciate the fine ales. The pub has been popular for its fine collection of home style food, across the pond feeling and international beers. It also features soccer on TV.

As the local people are extremely friendly, you should never hesitate to ask a person of Pasadena information on local top spots.
