 Nightlife in Charlotte is more than abundant, as there are hundreds of clubs and bars that you can go to for a fun night out.  The Alley Cat is one of these and one of the newest premier clubs that features rock and roll, live DJs and bands.  This has become the de facto hub of uptown dining and nightlife.  The DJs and live bands play everything from the classics to modern-day rock.  On Thursdays, they feature College Night, where ladies 18 and over are admitted free before midnight.  Then on Fridays, they feature Ladies Free and $3 Well Drinks, where ladies are admitted free the whole night and there are special discounts on certain drinks.  On Saturdays, the Alley Cat features no cover fees before 11pm and 3 dollar soco limes.

 There is also the Bar Charlotte, which is the craziest party for dancing in the city.  At this bar, they don't hold anything back, and it is an all out spot to be each night from Thursday to Saturday.  On Thursdays, they have College Night, where there are special prices on some of their drinks and ladies are admitted free until midnight.  They also give away 300 dollars to whoever wins the Hottest Bikini Bull Rider contest, which is hosted by Ottis, the guy from the “O” show on Kiss 95.1.  On Fridays, they have Ladies Night, where the ladies, who are 21 or older, get in free until 11:30pm, which is hosted by Chad from Kiss 95.1.  Then on Saturdays, they have Saturday Nights at the Bar for everyone 18 and older.

 At Buck Wild Ultra Saloon you will enter into a laid back atmosphere that is perfect for those who have a southern background.  They have live local and national country bands, as well as rock bands.  On Thursdays, they have Live Rock Music, where the beer is only $1.50 and shots only cost $3.50.  Fridays and Saturdays are Live Country Music nights, where they offer the same specials for beer and shots.

 Crush is the hottest new nightclub that is located in uptown Charlotte.  It has two floors with a decorative South Beach fashion.  This club has great light and sound shows, including 11 TV sets with satellites and 4 big projection screens.  They also have 4 bars so their customers get the best service around.  Thursdays are Crush College Night Part II The Sequel, where there are special prices on their drinks.  On Fridays they have All About The Ladies!, where ladies are admitted free until midnight if they are 21 or older, and they also enforce a dress code.  On Saturdays, there are” Best Dance Party in Town!” nights.
