Lviv, Nightlife – General Information

When you hear the name of this city called “Lviv” you might immediately think it has a Russian or a Polish root. Well, you are not entirely wrong as this beautiful city, although now belonging to the independent Ukraine, has been included in the Austro-Hungarian Empire and USSR. Its agitated history has turned this place into the perfect destination for lovers of culture and of the past. On the other side, Lviv has approximately 800.000 people that helped in the modernization and growth of their town, making it a cosmopolite one.

There are so many great places where you can enjoy Lviv Nightlife to the full, dancing all night long and tasting the best food or drink ever. If you suddenly feel hungry and don’t want to experiment something new, Kapriz Restaurant is your best choice. Located right in the center of the town, it serves Ukrainian and European cuisine. Just like in every modern city, there are restaurants for all tastes, from Pizzerias to Chinese restaurants, therefore you must taste traditional Ukrainian food. The best place to do this is Gourmet, which might be a little difficult for you to find, as its name is written in Ukrainian, but once your searches have come to an end, you will soon realize that they have been worthwhile.

Split Club is the local’s favorite place for offering so many high quality services at a quite low price. It is conveniently located in the city center being opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is mainly a pub bar where everybody meets to socialize, get to know people and relax. No dress code is imposed so you are free to choose whatever you like from your wardrobe. Late in the night, the first floor turns into a Poker club, whereas on the 2nd one they open the show bar. What is even more alluring about this place is that if you suddenly feel hungry, you don’t have to search too far away, because a delicious Japanese cuisine is waiting for you in the exact same place where you are enjoying a relaxing Lviv Nightlife.
