The city of Baguio is situated in the Island of Luzon which is part of Philippines. The foundation for the city of Baguio was laid somewhere in the year 1900 and since then it has developed economically as well as politically. The climate for the city of Baguio is generally cool and this kind of climate attracted many artists to this city between the years 1970s till 1990s.
