Sandnes Nightlife – Bars and Clubs
The best way to experience an entertaining Sandnes Nightlife is by going to a bar or a club. These nightspots are ideal for drinking, dancing and mingling with locals and foreigners.
Melkebaren. This bar has a cabin-like interior filled with wooden furniture. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. People can choose from a wide range of drinks that come in very reasonable prices. During summer, Melkebaren hosts different activities. In addition to that, it is best to have your drinks outdoor during clear nights where you can enjoy a cool breeze and an attractive view.
Tribute. This nightspot opened in 2002 and it became one of the most frequented places ever since. Tribute frequently presents live music performers who are famous in the region. The club can accommodate 180 people but guests must be 18 years old and above to enjoy a stay in this club. It is open only three times a week. On Wednesdays, it is open from 8pm until 12 am. On Fridays, it open at 8pm and closes at 2am. Finally, it sets off at 9pm and locks up at 2am during Saturdays.
Chili. This is one of the hippest clubs in the city. Chili plays a wide range of music. It also hosts live performances during weekends. The club is open four times a week. On Wednesdays, it opens at 8pm while the party begins at 9pm during Thursdays. On both nights, the place closes at 2am. During Fridays and Saturdays, Chili opens at 10pm and closes at 3:30am.
