The city of Los Mochis is a mix of historical monuments and natural sights. This awesome mixture makes the city of Los Mochis a must visit for tourist with varied tastes. El Chepe is a must try train which connects the city of Chihuahua to this city of Los Mochis. During the 400 miles long journey you will pass over 37 bridges and through 86 tunnels which will surely make your trip full of surprises. In local language, the train is called by the name of Chihuahua al Pacifico. The track on which this train runs can go up to the heights of around 8000 feet and at times can come down to the heights of around 2600 feet. You will be able to experience all the change in heights with different waterfalls and lush green surroundings while the train passes through these beautiful sights.

El Maviri Beach is situated around 45 minutes (on a boat) away from the beautiful Topolobampo bay. The beach is for those peach lovers who want to take some free time away from the hip hop of the fast running city life. The long coastline and the beautiful water will surely pay well for your money that you have spent on this tour of yours. While on this beach you can enjoy various cultural cuisines in the restaurants which are located on the beach itself. They are the perfect place to relax and have some food side by side. Some special cuisines available are large fish cocktail, the most famous zarandeado fish, or any other fish cooked the way you want.

Some other tourist hot spots in the city of Los Mochis are El Fuerte, Copper Canyon, Botanical Garden and Sinaloa Park, Topolobampo Bay, and the Village of San Miguel. These are the must visit places so whenever you are in the city of Los Mochis then do remember to take some time from your schedule to give a shot to these famous tourist hot spots of Los Mochis.
