The city of Alma - Ata (now famous by the name of Almaty) is amongst the most populated cities in the country of Kazakhstan. Recently the RFCA (better known as Regional Financial Center of Almaty City) was opened up in this city due to its increased participation in international level businesses. RFCA was a intelligent step take by the government of Alma - Ata so as to decrease the dependence of Alma - Ata on natural resources and attract foreign investments in large numbers. This step of Alma - Ata government did bring in positive results as many international level companies have already entered the market of Alma - Ata.
