Szeged is the capital of the Csongrad County and it is the fourth biggest city in the country. People should keep in mind that these means of transportation have schedules and specific routes. Commuters who choose to have a more flexible travel time and direction can take a taxi.

The city also hosts Szegedi Ifjusagi Napok or The Youth Days of Szeged every August. It includes a lot of activities that are both educational and entertaining and the programs vary each year. Other events in Szeged are International Folk Dance Festival, Wine Festival, and Beer Festival.
