Another way of getting to Miskolc is by a bus ride. There are only a few bus lines which link Miskolc to other cities but daily routes can be expected. Those who have private vehicles coming from the western part of the country can reach the city via Highway M3. When touring around Miskolc, people can choose from a lot of different means of transportation. The city is served by 36 bus lines and 2 tram lines, and the tickets for the bus and the tram are the same.
Tourists who have their own car should see to it that they have a map of the city because there are only a few road signs. People can also go around downtown on foot but walking is not advised in other parts of the city.

I recommend this restaurant for very tasty fish menus. The prices are very good and the food is even better. I was amazed by the long menu with all those fish meals. Try them when you make a trip to the famous and wonderful cave baths...

My opinion is that the best place you can choose for relaxing in Miskolc is the cave bath. It is a bath formed from a real cave. It is an unimaginable feeling when you swim between the cave's walls.
