There are some exceptional villas that are worth visiting, for example La Villa Strassburger. Built in a neo-Normand style, the interior offers a regular order of large rooms and a typical American furnishing. The luxury of its creation, its picturesque style and its magnificent gardens make it one of the most beautiful villas of Deauville, registered since 1975 in the Historical Monuments Inventory. Another architectural jewelry is the Town Hall, with its half-timbering. But you can be surprised by many more 19th century and 20th century great villas when strolling on the streets of Deauville. You will also be attracted by the hand-made ridge finials that you will see on the roofs of these villas.

When the evening comes and all you want to do is listen to the sound of the waves, take a stroll on the Les Planches, the beautiful promenade and try to read the names of the stars (that came for the American Film Festival) on the cabins that are lined up. Nearby you will also see the great Pompei Baths.
