The city of Aix - en - Provence (also called as Aix in short) is situated somewhere in southern section of France and is built on a hot spring. The city of Aix - en - Provence is located around one mile away from the bank of the nearby river and is located on a plain near the Arc. On the eastern side of Aix - en - Provence lies the huge Mount Sainte - Victoire. Even the slope of the city is from northern side to the southern side which proves that it isn’t located on complete flat land.

Even a famous Chocolate industry namely Chocolaterie de Puyricard has become a trade mark for the city of Aix - en - Provence.
