Kolding Sights – Landmarks and Monuments

Skamlingsbanken. This monument is found standing 16 meters high on the top of Skamling Hill. Twenty-five granite blocks were used to build Skamlingsbanken. Koldinghus. This castle built in the middle of the 1100s used to be the favorite vacation palace of Danish monarchs. It stands majestically on top of the hill in Kolding. Touring the castle, visitors can explore through the halls and the church of medieval architecture.
