Nanking Travel Guide

Probably one of the most important facts in history about this great city is the Nanking Massacre.  In 1937, the Japanese army invaded Nanking and took control.  The army then began to systematically kill the occupants.  It is estimated that 200,000 to 350,000 people were killed.  In 1985, construction was completed on the Nanking Massacre Memorial Hall to remember this event.  read more
