Vietnam visa fees
Visa on arrival will save you at least 20% over getting a same one at embassy.

There will be no consulate fee, time fee as well as no transportation fee to visit the Vietnam embassy. There will be no postage fee as everything is done over email.

There are two kinds of fee for both Visa on arrival (pick up at the airport) and Visa code (pick up at the Embassy): service fee and stamping fee.

The service fee will be paid us online in USD through OnePay. This service fee will be used to progress your visa approval letter.

Kinds of visa Service fee/pax (USD)
Visa on arrival/code -1 month single $21
Visa on arrival/code -1 month multiple $26
Visa on arrival/code -3 months single $35
Visa on arrival/code -3 months multiple $40
NORMAL PROCESSING service fee: GUARANTEED 2-3 working days.
URGENT PROCESSING service fee: GUARANTEED 1 working day (plus 10 USD/pax).

The stamping fee

Visa on arrival: You will pay this stamping fee at the Vietnam airport to get your passport stamped. Your approval letter will be the legal evidence to show the airport Officer that you are allowed to legally enter Vietnam by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

Visa code: You will pay this fee directly at the Vietnam Embassy in your country to get your passport stamped. This fee will be different from country to country.

Kinds of visa on arrival Stamping fee/pax (USD)
1 month single $25
1 month multiple $50
3 months single $25
3 months multiple $50

For those who would like to avoid the perhaps lengthening visa procedures with their local Vietnam's Embassies, the service of Vietnam Visa - On - Arrival is available for help. It is legitimated and supported by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. We recommend that you choose visa upon arrival, as picking up visa at the Vietnam int'l airport is quite simple, easy, no additional charges and no fail.
• STEP 1: FILL IN THE VISA FORM
Fill in the secure online form. * only takes a couple of minutes.

• STEP 2: CONFIRM AND PAY
Confirm the information for processing your visa and pay the service fee.

• STEP 3: GET YOUR APPROVAL LETTER/CODE
Get the "Visa approval letter" within 1 or 2 working days and pick up your visa at the Vietnam international airports. Or in case you pick up visa at the Embassy, you get the "Visa code" after 1 or 2 working days and pick up your visa at the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in your area.

• STEP 4: GET YOUR STAMPED
At the Vietnam International Airport (Visa on arrival) or at the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate in your country (Visa code).

For the last trip in Vietnam in March, 2012, I get Vietnam visa on arrival via the site govietnamvisa.com.
The procedures are fast, convenient. the Vietnam visa cost is reasonable. I only paid US$ 18/pax because we were 3.
I list the price as following:
A. Normal Process

Group of 1 - 2 persons: Its cost is US$ 19.5/person
Group of 3 - 5 persons: Its cost is US$ 18/person

Group of 10 & upwards: Its cost is US$ 12/person
* For 3 months
Group of 1 - 2 persons: Its cost is US$ 29/person
Group of 3 - 5 persons: Its cost is US$ 26/person
Group of 6 - 9 persons: Its cost is US$ 22/person
Group of 10 & upwards: Its cost is US$ 18/person
Multiple entry
* For 1 month
Group of 1 - 2 persons: Its cost is US$ 24/person
Group of 3 - 5 persons: Its cost is US$ 22/person
Group of 6 - 9 persons: Its cost is US$ 19/person
Group of 10 & upwards: Its cost is US$ 15/person
