Los Angeles - the city of Angels
As the largest city in California, Los Angeles is the place where trendy folks love to live or visit, predominantly those in the entertainment industry. Los Angeles is also the second biggest city in America with the total population exceeding 3.5 million, and is known for its diversified culture that has a classic mix of people speaking as many as 225 languages.

UUh, never knew there were 225 languages spoken only in LA... That's amazing, of course, I presume it is because there are very many immigrants and the city is huge!

Of course, LA is wonderful, a must! I love the city's vibe and business.

I am not a fan of the entertainment industry related tourism, but would like to see LA, at least because it is such an iconic destination...

LA is a world-class premium shopping place as well. It has different types of shopping venues that fits your budget. Popular shopping malls are the Grove in Third Street, Americana Glendale, Beverly Center. It also includes farmer's market and factory outlets, CITADEL as the closest to LA. Signature shops can be visited at North Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills such as Giorgio Armani, Bulgari Cartier, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabanna, Escada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada and others.

I have been to LA a number of times, and love the place. Just wondering how you come up with the information that there are 225 languages spoke there? How do you find that out?

I am an avid traveler and have lived in LA for quite some time. I tell you what, if you want to go visit Southern California, go all the way down to San Diego or Newport Beach. I personally think LA is great, but visiting there is not that exciting unless you really know the place since it's not really a tourist city. Here is what I would recommend:

Santa Monica 3rd Street
Getty Museums (both of them)
Venice Beach
Hollywood

Well, that's about it. I could tell you a Million awesome restaurants as well :)
