Hotel Reservation
If I book a hotel room online, how do I know if my reservation was really made? What should I do if I'm not certain about doing everything right?

Basically every site where you can book uses a system that will send you an email confirming your booking, with the details you gave and the price you will ave to pay.

If this email does not arrive or it arrives but the data don't match, you should contact the costumer service of the site you used and ask for their help.

Also keep in mind that Travelgrove is not a booking site, it's a site where you can search and compare the best rates. Travelgrove will always redirect you to the page where you were the deal was found, please always be sure to check the website you are on in order to identify the merchant.

As you know many of the hotel reservation website nowadays provide a secured transaction with confirmation alerts and notification email..I think you won't have to worry about all the little things anymore...

It is a duty of Hotel to gives you a detail information about your reservation. reservation counter.com give details about booking. for more info contact 1-800-992-2694.
