by We had chosen a longer way to get home (back to the motel) but I'm glad we did so. We had the opportunity to visit the Vidraru Lake, one of the biggest artificial lakes in Romania.
The lake and the barrage also were huge. At first we saw a look-out tower which wasn't very high but we decided to go up to see more of the scenery. When we went up we realised that that was only the first stop to the top:) we climbed a lot of stairs but it worthed it. You could see the lake surrounded by mountains... it was beautiful.
It was strange for me that there was nothing to do besides to go on the top of that hill. There were no restaurants or shops if I remember well... Anyhow, the panorama was really nice, the barrage was so big, you can't imagine... I liked it very much:)
